Returns

Return Process for Items No Longer Needed

LBD Boutique Inc.’s return policy lasts for 10 days after delivery of your purchase. Delivery is defined as the date your tracked shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If more than 10 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

How to Return an Item

To begin a return, please contact us first so we can confirm whether your item is eligible.

Once your return is approved, ship the product back to:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by LBD Boutique Inc. unless the return is for an approved defective product claim.


Refunds for Defective Products Only

Refund Eligibility Requirements

Refunds are only available for approved defective product claims.

There are no refunds on adhesives, tweezers, or final sale products.

If you believe your item is defective and it is not an adhesive, tweezer, or final sale product, your claim must go through our Refund Investigation Procedure.

Refund Investigation Procedure

To submit a defective product claim, please contact us and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the concern
  • Confirmation that you would like to proceed with a return investigation

We will review your claim and confirm whether the product needs to be returned for inspection.

Shipping a Defective Product Back to Us

If your defective product claim is approved for return, we may provide a prepaid Canada Post return option.

If instructed to use Canada Post, package the item in its original packaging and bring it to Canada Post using the shipping code provided by us.

Please do not ship a product back without first receiving confirmation from us. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.

If the product is returned due to dissatisfaction rather than a confirmed defect, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


Important Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components.
  • Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of return approval.
  • If the return is not shipped within 5 business days, the return may be cancelled and denied.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved as part of a defective product claim.
  • We do not reimburse the cost of shipping materials.
  • If a defect claim is found to be invalid after inspection, the product may be returned to the customer and the refund request may be denied.
  • We reserve the right to issue a partial refund where appropriate.

Chargebacks and Cancellations

If a chargeback has been initiated, we are unable to process a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit through our regular return process.

Orders cancelled before shipment may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.


Policy Updates

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of this return policy by posting updates to our website.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Continued use of our website, products, or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
