We stand behind Lash Bloom. It's a gentle, prostaglandin-free conditioning serum for lashes and brows, and if it isn't right for you, we want to make it right.

How the guarantee works

Try Lash Bloom for 30 days. Use it as directed — once or twice a day, applied to the base of clean, dry lashes or brows. If you don't see the results you expected, or if you experience any signs of irritation, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

What you need

1. You must be the original purchaser, and the product must have been purchased from Lashes By Design Supplies.
2. You must have used the product as directed.
3. The request must be due to dissatisfaction with the product's performance, or an adverse reaction during use.

How to claim

1. Email sandra@lashesbydesign.ca with a short message explaining your experience with Lash Bloom.
2. Include your original proof of purchase (your order number is enough).
3. Tell us briefly how you used the product and what happened.
4. We'll review your request and may contact you if we need anything else.

Processing your refund

Once your request is approved, your refund goes back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for it to appear in your account.
