Microblading and Permanent Makeup
Microblading: Micoblading has been on the rise in Canada for quite some time. It is a semi-permanent tattoo technique that is used to create the illusion of extra brow hairs, thus a full and youthful brow. The brow area is cleaned, numbed, and then a microblading pen with a needle is used to create hair strokes.
Aftercare: After a microblading procedure, it is recommended that clients avoid the sun, water, and makeup around the brow area. Use aftercare oil to keep the area protected and allow it to heal properly to make them keep their colour.
Permanent Makeup: Permanent makeup is also known as PMU for short. PMU is the traditional method of tattooing eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips. The treatment will last 5-10 years and will gradually fade. There are updated techniques that will provide ombre effects.
